Refuge Recovery takes a non-theistic approach to spiritual practice, asking people to believe in nothing beyond a process that includes meditation, wise actions and compassion, and to work at their recovery.
These meetings are based on the book, “Refuge Recovery: A Buddhist Path to Addiction Recovery”
