This weekly meditation group is open to everyone in recovery: AA, NA, Alanon, and other 12 Step programs. Also, we hope this meeting will be helpful for those who are looking to espouse a non-theistic concept of a “Higher Power.” Please join us to learn more about the 11th Step (Prayer and Meditation) and how to make it part of your daily life. The meeting will be led by teachers with extensive experience in both meditation and recovery.
The format of the meeting a few introductory remarks, followed by 20-30 minutes of meditation, some of it guided. Then there will be a dharma talk followed by a question and answer session.
