We started on February 2, 2012 and have been growing, with a steady core of 10-12 people weekly.
A few of us are Buddhist, but we welcome people of any faith and have several other faiths represented in our readings. We also welcome people from any 12 step group looking to learn or share about meditation as it pertains to recovery through the 12 steps.
The meeting format consists of readings from 12 step literature and other meditation literature, 2-5 minute sits, a discussion of the readings, and closes with a 10-15minute sit.
