Other info:

This is a gathering for individuals interested in the Buddhist Path(way) of and to recovery.  We gather,  meditate for about 20 minutes and then read from a variety of literature and books related to the Buddhist approach to recovery from addiction.  We then share on the reading, the meditation, or anything else related to recovery.  You do not need to be a practicing Buddhist or have any experience with meditation.  The gathering is open to all.  We hope to cultivate the “beginners mind” (an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions)  to Buddhism and recovery in our community.
