The holidays can be a stressful time. That is especially true this year! On Christmas Eve from 4:00 to 9:00 PM (Pacific) we will have an open Zoom call where you can go. There will be meditations, talks, and other activities. Most importantly, we will have sangha, open hearts, and open ears!
