This meeting has a silent meditation for 20 minutes. We also encourage people who would prefer to do a walking meditation to do so outside the church for 20 minutes.

The speaker for each meeting shares a prayer, or poem of their choice that has helped them with their practice.

We welcome all faiths and traditions!
